Accel Direct LLC is not an employer or staffing agency. PA CareRate facilitates introductions between caregivers and home care agencies. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee employment, placement, or any specific pay rate. All employment decisions are made by the partner agency.
By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from PA CareRate / Accel Direct LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
All content on this website, including text, design, and layout, is the property of Accel Direct LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accel Direct LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
PA CareRate and Accel Direct LLC, along with any mobile carriers or SMS service providers involved in delivering messages, are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Message delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of your wireless carrier. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through our SMS program. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to any messages you send or receive.
