Who We Are

PA CareRate is a service of Accel Direct LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a business services company located at 89 Ridley Ave, Sharon Hill, PA 19079. This website (pacarerate.com) hosts two services:

• Rate Transparency Tool — an anonymous, community-driven rate map showing what caregivers earn across Pennsylvania counties.
• Rate Check — a personalized rate inquiry hosted on a separate subdomain (go.pacarerate.com), which has its own privacy disclosures and consent flows.

This privacy policy covers pacarerate.com only — the landing page, the Rate Map, and the rate submission form. The Rate Check service at go.pacarerate.com is operated through a third-party platform (GoHighLevel) and is governed by the privacy disclosures presented on that platform.

What This Site Collects

This site does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifying information.

When you submit a rate through our Rate Map form, we collect:

• Required: Hourly rate and county
• Optional: Employer name, job type, hours per week, benefits, and satisfaction rating
• Automatically: A one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address (SHA-256) for spam prevention. We never store your actual IP address.

No account creation is required. Submissions are anonymous.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information submitted through the Rate Map form to:

• Calculate and display county-level aggregated rate data (medians and ranges)
• Prevent spam and duplicate submissions (via IP hash and Cloudflare Turnstile)
• Improve the accuracy and coverage of the Rate Map over time

We do not use your submission to contact you, market to you, or share your information with any third party. There is no SMS, email, or phone communication from this site.

What We Display

• Only county-level aggregated data (medians and typical ranges). Individual submissions are never displayed.
• County data is not shown until at least 5 independent reports are received for that county.
• Employer names submitted by caregivers are stored for internal data quality purposes only. They are not displayed publicly in the current version of the platform.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your submitted information with any third party. Rate submissions are used solely to produce aggregated, anonymous county-level statistics.

Bot Protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. This may collect limited interaction data as described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This site may use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Ensure proper functioning of the website
• Analyze website traffic and usage patterns
• Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns that link to this site

You can control cookies through your browser settings. This site does not collect sensitive personal information through cookies.

Data Retention

Anonymous rate submissions are retained indefinitely to maintain the accuracy of county-level aggregates. IP hashes used for spam prevention are retained for the duration of the rate-limiting window (24 hours) and may persist in the submissions table as a spam-prevention record.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect submitted data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and edge-deployed infrastructure (Cloudflare). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
